Index finger covers main trigger, the smaller rapid-fire trigger, and the upper side button. Thumb covers the red button, the hat switches, and the mini-analog. Pinkie covers the button at the bottom of the stick. Basically if you want to be able to do two things at the same time, you don't want the bindings in the same "zone" on the same stick. Left Joystick is vert/horizontal thrust. Right joystick is pitch and yaw. RB and LB are right and left roll. RB + LB is Flight Assist Off. L-stick in is reverse throttle. R-stick in is fwd throttle. R stick in + L stick in = 75% throttle. Y + Dpad Up is target next system. Y + RB is Chaff.
New Virpil throttle with elite dangerous. I have purchased 2 virpil warbird bases wirh constellation sticks and and the new virpil throttle. I wanted to set up a dual stick and throttle with rudder pedals for elite dangerous but this seems to be way harder than I expected it to be. Elite dangerous only sees 32 inputs per device and the throttle
i also have/had the T.16000M including the TWCS Throttle. I was playing Elite Dangerous with that set , ok, heavy use My Impression is a bit mixed. It worked very well first, but after about 1,5 years i had to replace the Throttle, because of knobs not longer responding. I found a bargain on Ebay to replace it, which is still working.
I’ve been able to play around in the PTU for Star Citizen patch 3.14 with it’s major changes to capacitors, missile operator mode, and scanning. Got a HOSAS setup with premium Gladiators NXT and imported the profile named “02: Dual Kosmosima with pinky shift” and from there I began customizing the bindings to my liking.
